We Are Guild is a workspace for creators which inspires community and a culture of learning.  We desire to foster a diverse culture that produces premier leaders and companies that influence our community and world.

We offer work space for established businesses, startups, freelancers and consultants.

Founders Jak And John are working towards building a network of like minded spaces all over the U.S.

Jak Moroshan

Jak Moroshan was born in what used to be communist Romania. In 1981 his parents fled to America unable to speak English and with almost no money in hopes of creating a future for their children. Growing up in a household with hardworking ingenuitive parents, he quickly adopted a can-do attitude that has led him to learn languages, design, metalwork, woodwork, and has run design/build construction companies in California and Washington.

He has worked on both restaurants and luxury homes providing both design and build. He has worked with such companies as Filson, McDonald's, Tooth & Nail Records, and currently is the founder and designer at and partner in several other ventures.

John Quick

With over ten years of experience in the non-profit sector, he was responsible for fundraising, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, starting and managing strategic programs, and supervising hundreds of staff. John Quick is also a serial entrepreneur having started up and scaled 5 businesses most recently moving from brick and mortar to online businesses.

John has served on the advisory board for the human rights organization, All Girls Allowed, and was Chairman of the Board at Sports Leadership, a non-profit organization that gives young adults opportunities to better their lives through sports and leadership activities. John holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northwest University.
